Wellington Christmas Market and Lights Switch On
Nov 30th – 10am to 6pm
Fuse Winter Fire and Light performances will take place between 2pm and 6pm in Wellington High St.
Enjoy the dazzling displays of firey lit characters celebrating Wellington Winter Lights On. Lots of stalls, music, walkabouts and shows.
Watchet late Night Extravaganza
When: Friday 6th – 5pm till late
Meet the Light Up stilt walkers and enjoy watching the mesmerising Fire and Light Spin shows. There is lots to see and do. Enjoy winter beverages, explore the Trail, The harbour, the Market, listen to music and enjoy the festive food.
Bridgwater Town Council Christmas Fayre
Dec 8th
Join us in Bridgwater and enjoy King Square, Christmas market with stalls and activities from 10am to 5pm and watch the gardens change colour as day turns into night.
Visit the Bridgwater Arts Centre, between 11am and 3pm to see stalls, arts, crafts.
Bridgwater Arts Centre says –
We are excited to host Bridgwater Town Council’s Annual Christmas Fayre this year.
With lots of stalls inside the Arts Centre between 11.00am and 3.00pm as wells as stalls and entertainment in King Square from 11.00am until 5.00pm there is something for everyone.
We’ve also got an opportunity for the little ones to meet Father Christmas for a small fee. (booking is essential and any proceeds go to the Mayors chosen charity Seed of Hope CIC . E-mail community@bridgwater-tc.gov.uk to secure your child’s place)
This is a great opportunity to support some local businesses and community groups.

Dunster Winter festival will be on this year on December 7th and 8th, daytime.
We have enjoyed 10 years of producing the outdoor programme and candlelight parade and sadly in 2023 Dunster by Candlelight was the last year. Enjoyed by thousands each year. Together we raised over £100,000 for Somerset Margaret Hospice and local charities. We are honoured to have been working with Hannah Bradshaw (founder) and the DbC committee producing this exceptional winter event. We turned back time taking you to Dunster past and present, memories to treasure forever.
