Wellington Garden of Light 2026 

Date: October 24th – 6.30pm to 9pm

Discover Wellington Park as a colourful Garden of Light with live performance, aerial arts, fire and light illuminations, sound installations, projections, music/sounds. 

Explore the gardens as you have never seen or heard it before.Discover trails of light art works created by local creatives, young people and communities.

The event is ticketed £2 adult £1 child. Funds will support art projects and events in Wellington

Tickets will be available from Sept.

If tickets are fully booked please join the waiting list. We will be releasing returned tickets the week before the event. 

We recommend early entry for families with young children 6.30pm and adults from 7.30pm

We advise not to bring dogs as this is a busy environment with children, families, visitors to the event and fire, light illuminations, music, light sculptures, aerial artists performances and lantern sculptures made by local young people and community groups. 

There will be food and drink at the event.
